Very Good+ book has light wear at the front, top edge and two small chips on the front. No writing. Features the three-time NCAA championship golf team of Buster Reed, Joe Conrad, Dan January and Billy Maxwell. Former NFL great Ray Renfro was a member of the football team. Book has light water damage - else Good. It's really not as bad as it sounds. The first third to half of the book has obviously been damp resulting in a wavy area on those pages. An interesting by-product of the water is a 'stuck on' Peruna decal on one page. The most distressing damage is a tear to the front free endpaper where it stuck endpaper. The pictures are all viewable although some may be a little wavy.
